Our goal is to share the vibrant beauty of dahlias through healthy, viable tubers.

Guarantee: We guarantee you receive a healthy, viable tuber with an eye. Upon receiving your tubers inspect them right away. 

Refund Process: If you have concerns please reach out to rollinghillsblooms@gmail.com or complete a “contact us form” within 7 days of receiving your tubers. Any correspondence regarding tuber issues received after 7 cannot be refunded. We will ask for your order number and pictures of the tubers to verify any issues. After an order is placed, cancellations or changes will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for tubers that rot or fail to thrive in their growing conditions as this is out of our control. 

Storing Tubers Until Planting: Once you receive your tubers it is important to store them in a cool, dry location until you are ready to plant. Finding a location that is between 40-60 degrees farenheit is ideal. Tubers will rot if they freeze so make sure the location you choose does not have any risk of dipping close to or below freezing temperatures. Our guarantee does not cover storing issues so please be sure to store your tubers in a location where they will stay healthy until you are able to plant them in the ground. 

Shipping: Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 regardless if you order 20 tubers or 1, shipping will be $12.00. All tubers will be shipped out as soon as the risk of frost has cleared from our zone 4 location. This typically occurs around the middle to end of April. 

Local pick-up details: If you select “local pick-up” during checkout, you are agreeing to pick up your order at the following location during the stated time frame:  

Local pick-up will be at Rolling Hills Roadside Stand.

Local pick-up will happen Saturday, April 26th between 10:00 am-3:00 pm. More details about pick-up will be communicated via email.
