Our story

Hi, I’m Lauren, the dreamer and flower grower behind Rolling Hills Blooms. I am one part of a 5 person team that makes our flower farm possible. The other four include my wonderful husband, and our three little ones. 

The first thing you should know is we are SO thankful for the support and smiles you bring to the flowers, to the stand and to our family. Thank you!

Our flower venture started in 2021 as we moved out to the rolling hills of Custer, WI onto a property with plenty of opportunity and space to grow. The seeds of this venture were sewn much earlier. Growing up, my wonderful mother had vases of flowers picked from her garden in every room, and on every table of our house. To this day, smelling phloxs brings me right back to her hand picked bouquets. 

When we made the move to Rolling Hills Road the previous owner had a brilliant greenthumb and left us with a strong foundation. We are fortunate to grow on this land and be a part of something that was started far before we were involved. Each season we face successes and challenges and learn from it all. We are committed to sustainable practices and doing our part to keep this little piece of land magical. For us, that means digging in the dirt, planting seeds, seedlings, and bulbs, and nurturing the beauty we are surrounded by.
